Resolution #1
Right now I’m about 240 lbs. Starting tomorrow, each day I’m at home ( I do travel a great deal) I’m going to weigh myself on the bathroom scale, and post the results. My goal is 185 lbs. I want to be there for the Tour De Cure in Reston, VA this June
